In the wiki article on Walt Disney (the man) it says that this group was known to be anti-semitic. Yet this detail is not mentioned in the MPAPMI (?) article here. Clarification is welcome. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.23.86.169 (talk) 01:47, 3 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
That claim is in the Walt Disney article as part of a quote from an interview of a biographer, but it is a dubious claim considering that Jews such as Ayn Rand and Morrie Ryskind were heavily involved in the organization. If there is a better-quality source available for the allegation, then it might be appropriate to include it; otherwise I would be inclined to think the biographer got his organizations confused during the interview. --RL0919 (talk) 03:44, 6 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Neither were practicing Jews, which got different treatment from different groups of antisemites. So your argument against is hardly evidence to the contrary. But there would need to be more evidence to show it was as well. 96.31.177.52 (talk) 03:29, 27 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Where did I say otherwise? #facepalm Although simple research into the anti-semitism of the black list back then and this orgs support would certain fit, as were the views of some of its members. You seem a bit defensive for absolutely no reason. 96.31.177.52 (talk) 03:51, 27 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
96.31.177.52 "So your argument against is hardly evidence to the contrary. But there would need to be more evidence to show it was as." That's where. "You seem to be a bit defensive for no reason." Said the editor who nearly got blocked because of another dispute they were a part of. You can stop gaming the system now. Lupin VII (talk) 21:06, 27 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It appears they officially disbanded in 1975 (though their influence had waned a decade before that). I added that to the article (with citation). Weedwhacker128 (talk) 19:24, 15 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
