Todo:
- Add a legend to explain the colours (blue = MetroWest; red = mainline commuter railways), patterns (dashed = hourly service; solid = half-hourly) and stations (small dots are longer-term proposals).
- Add any other useful interchange icons (like the Portway P&R)
