Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Diamond West Midlands, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Tamworth (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Non-free rationale for File:Marsden-BS-logo.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Marsden-BS-logo.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Your rewrite of "List of DTT channels in the United Kingdom"

[edit]

Hi 'Mark999'. I hope you don't mind but I've finished off adding the Timeshares column to the relevant sections of "List of DTT channels in the United Kingdom" page, and I've also done a general clean-up. In view of this, I have removed the "In use" tag from the head of the page, but if you intend to do more work on the page please feel free to put it back up there. Best regards, Scaz (talk) 18:01, 12 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

List of hospitals in England

[edit]

Hi - I have spent quite a bit of time (several years in fact) cleaning up this list and writing articles for all the hospitals where there was no such article already. I don't think there is any point in converting the four hospitals in the Bristol Trust into table format on their own. The Bristol table looks a bit out of place (as does the London table). But I would support converting the entire list into a table if you are prepared to invest the time doing that and can find a reliable source for the bed numbers. Best wishes. Dormskirk (talk) 17:19, 9 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi - Thanks for your reply. I confirm that this list is a list of current hospitals. I have been removing defunct ones as I go through the list. I have now removed the London tables in the list as I am convinced the bed numbers there were unreliable. Some Trusts do publish their total bed numbers but do not publish a breakdown and I find that the information in the CQC reports is inconsistent (sometimes they give bed numbers and sometimes they don't). I don't think this list is the right place to insert the bed numbers. It is probably best to focus on inserting reliably sourced bed numbers in the infoboxes of the articles on individual hospitals. Otherwise we are going to have a lot of gaps in the list. Best wishes. Dormskirk (talk) 21:56, 9 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Are you OK if I revert the South West list to how it was (but removing the defunct hospitals of course)? I have spent a bit of time this evening removing the London tables. We just need to get the whole thing on a consistent basis. Thanks, Dormskirk (talk) 22:21, 9 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox RfC

[edit]

I'm proposing a redesign containing visual, technical and other improvements to {{Infobox radio station}} and {{Infobox broadcast}}. The discussion is located at Wikipedia:WikiProject Radio Stations/2020 infobox redesign proposal. As an editor active in editing radio and/or TV station articles, or in recent changes to the templates in question, I wanted to make you aware of this proposal and kindly ask for your feedback. I'm particularly looking for feedback on potential improvements with an eye to radio and TV articles outside the United States, and as you resulted in the addition of the "network" parameter to Infobox radio station in 2019, I would like to hear from you. Hi. When you update an article because of a name / brand change, make sure to change all appropriate references to it, otherwise it will look confusing to the reader and possibly get reverted. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 15:57, 5 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Drax

[edit]

The reference says that it ended commercial coal generation from early March - this has been confirmed by Carbon Brief. They have coal contracts for next winter which means they can switch these back on if they are needed but it is unlikely that this will happen due to the grid prioritizing all other forms of generation over coal and the other 2 coal stations on the grid still. So it is fair to say that Drax no longer generates using coalBs0u10e01 (talk) 09:03, 17 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The file File:Whistl logo.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unused. Superseded by File:Whistl logo.svg.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 12:46, 26 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:10, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
