Merger proposal
[edit]I propose that Maya clothing be merged into Maya textiles. Maya clothing is an underdeveloped, orphan stub, and no aspect of Mayan clothing mentioned is not covered in Maya textiles. Uyvsdi (talk) 00:48, 8 March 2012 (UTC)Uyvsdi
- Support I can't see any reason why not. Simon Burchell (talk) 13:09, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
I would propose that Mayan Textiles be merged into Mayan Clothing; It seems that the textiles article talks only about clothing. --RichardMills65 (talk) 02:01, 8 March 2012 (UTC)
- It's been a week and a half, so I'll go ahead and make the merge. -Uyvsdi (talk) 22:43, 20 March 2012 (UTC)Uyvsdi
New Section
[edit]I have added an additional section which discusses more contemporary issues regarding Mayan textiles. I propose that the political issues surrounding Mayan clothing be included on this page, because their currently is not a better location for this information. It also directly pertains to Mayan textiles. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dp153344 (talk • contribs) 08:27, 5 December 2017 (UTC)
