Why?

Gay?
[edit]We know that Max Alder plays a gay character and is a gay rights activist, but is he himself homosexual? --Willthacheerleader18 (talk) 03:07, 18 November 2010 (UTC)
- No, he has a girlfriend. --DrBat (talk) 03:48, 18 November 2010 (UTC)
- Source? I am not denying it, I would just like to mention it in the article. --Willthacheerleader18 (talk) 00:02, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
- He took a girl to the season 2 premiere of Glee. [1] --DrBat (talk) 23:10, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
- That means nothing. Ricky Martin had women escorts to events, as have many other LGBT celebrities. --Willthacheerleader18 (talk) 19:52, 24 November 2010 (UTC)

It's not definitive proof, but in a November 16th interview with MTV News, Mr. Adler said that his on screen kiss with Colfer was "The first time [he'd] kissed a guy." http://www.towleroad.com/2010/11/gleebully.html I imagine that a poised man in his 20's is likely to have kissed another man if he wanted to. 76.23.244.59 (talk) 00:41, 19 November 2010 (UTC) And he could have lied about it being his first kiss with a guy no one knows but max — Preceding unsigned comment added by Apmvirgo16 (talk • contribs) 22:54, 22 January 2011 (UTC)
Detention of the Dead Role
[edit]I am an extra in the upcoming film Detention of the Dead (with filming from late April until about next week), and I know that the character's name that Max plays is named "Jimmy." I understand that, being merely an extra, this may count as "heresay" or whatever Wikipedia's equivalent is, though I can confirm it through a (private) Facebook group specifically for extras from the film's making. On it one of the production members (and group leader) asks us zombie extras how fun it was eating "Jimmy's" (Adler's) body. I will also add that DotD's IMDB page lists Adler's role as "Jimmy." 71.227.7.35 (talk) 06:33, 23 May 2011 (UTC)zombieextra91
