Episode 721 - 'Providence'
[edit]The statement "Providence is spoofed" appears on the entry. This points at a disambiguation page; could someone please clarify the reference? Thank you. User:Ceyockey (talk to me) 00:44, 10 June 2006 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:MadtvCast7.jpg
[edit]Image:MadtvCast7.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

"Fan site" flag
[edit]I've drastically edited seasons one through thirteen for length, content, and esp. tone. Still working on episode summaries for seasons one through six. I'm posting comments on this season's talk page because it's the entry that's flagged. By some bizarre chance I slogged through every other season posting comments like "play down the fan factor" before stumbling on season seven, which includes the "fan site" flag. Ugh!
I welcome any further edits, tho' I certainly whittled down each season's entry. The only remaining problem I see is some citations may be needed for a few facts. Anyone?
As far as the flag "The introduction to this article provides insufficient context for those unfamiliar with the subject": The main MADtv entry has a thorough introduction to the show. Most readers will go there first, then click on the links to each season summary if they want. So I'm not sure an introduction is needed for each season. Thoughts?
Excuse me while I try to replenish lost brain cells. Kinkyturnip (talk) 01:43, 15 February 2008 (UTC) Kinkyturnip (talk) 06:06, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

Episode 23 Final Sketch
[edit]The sketch about Spears passing out while masturbating appears to be missing from episodes available online (credits roll right after Gandolfini sketch). Is the Wiki wrong? Or was it edited out of reairings for some reason? It's possible it was only seen on the premiere night and edited out in the future (FOX did the same with The Simpsons).
