... that in 1967 Hilton Hotels revealed plans for a 100-room hotel on the Moon? Source: "Those plans began to take off in 1967. Barron, who was then president of Hilton, told the Wall Street Journal that he was planning to cut the ribbon at an opening ceremony for a Lunar Hilton hotel within his lifetime. He described the Lunar Hilton as a 100-room hotel that would be built below the surface. " from: Novak, Matt (18 November 2014). "What happened to Hilton's 'hotel on the Moon'?". BBC Future. Retrieved 20 March 2023.
ALT1: ... that Hilton Hotels had plans for a 100-room hotel on the Moon even before man had first landed there? Source: Plans from 1967 per above plus "Just days before the first Moon landings in 1969, the Hilton lunar vision reappeared." from the same source
Overall: @Dumelow: Good article. Though I will say that the beginning sentence of "The Lunar Hilton is a hotel on the Moon proposed by the Hilton Hotels company" makes it sound as if the hotel actually exists on the moon before correcting itself. Though that doesn't really prevent me from approving I'd still prefer a reword. Onegreatjoke (talk) 19:44, 22 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the review Onegreatjoke. Good point on the lead sentence, I've changed it to: "The Lunar Hilton is a proposed hotel on the Moon, that would be operated by the Hilton Hotels company." - Dumelow (talk) 07:28, 23 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
