Daily Star sources
[edit]I queried this in one of the above sections but I'm not sure if it was noticed so I'll ask it in a separate section specifically. Have the Daily Star sources been removed now? There was talk of them being banned as sources due to unreliability in one of the above paragraphs but has it now been made official?82.16.78.185 (talk) 14:54, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
- Yes, all the Daily Star sources have been removed from this list. - JuneGloom07 Talk 17:36, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks. Just wanted to double check. I'm trying to keep up with which sources are being banned or not so I know which ones to avoid in the future. I'll also see if I can find alternative sources for the characters involved.82.16.78.185 (talk) 19:46, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
Entertainment Daily
[edit]Can Entertainment Daily be used as a source on Wikipedia? I found this source [1] describing a character as a "villain" so I was wondering whether this site is one that is banned or not?81.96.173.80 (talk) 17:04, 23 May 2021 (UTC)
- Hi – Entertainment Daily is a reliable source to use – DarkGlow • 17:09, 23 May 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks. Much Appreciated.81.96.173.80 (talk) 11:45, 24 May 2021 (UTC)
- Update: Another source I added from Entertainment Daily, about Emmerdale's Noah Dingle and other characters who were already on the list, has been removed.150.143.113.245 (talk) 20:35, 5 May 2022 (UTC)
- Has the article been deleted? I couldn't find it online.150.143.113.245 (talk) 22:02, 5 May 2022 (UTC)
- It's been retrieved. Problem solved.150.143.113.245 (talk) 10:59, 6 May 2022 (UTC)
- I restored Noah's entry. – DarkGlow • 11:49, 6 May 2022 (UTC)

Ruby Allen source
[edit]Is the source from the Daily Mirror for EastEnders' Ruby Allen OK to use? The reason I ask is because the text in the article only refers to Ruby's decision to lie to Jean as "villainous" and does not actually refer to her as a "villain". The page screenshots some tweets from various EastEnders viewers who are calling Ruby a "villain" and then requote the tweets themselves further down the page but can individual viewers personal opinions be used as source information here or not?81.96.173.80 (talk) 19:07, 4 August 2021 (UTC)
Stevie Nash, Casualty
[edit]@JuneGloom07: Can this link [2] be used?--82.132.215.202 (talk) 01:02, 21 March 2022 (UTC)
- It's tricky because this says it is considered generally unreliable, but there are other Metro sources in the list. I'd maybe try and find another source first. - JuneGloom07 Talk 20:05, 21 March 2022 (UTC)
