Feedback from New Page Review process

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Weeds and invasive species are two different categories, and there are both native weeds and invasive species that aren't weeds. The article doesn't make the difference clear, and appears to be a list of weeds (defined through their "negative effects on the economy, the environment, etc.") rather than of invasive species.
