Data from list and figure disagree completely. E.g. southern Europe is shown very energy efficient in list, but very energy inefficient in figure. South Asia, the opposite... Causantin (talk) 11:14, 22 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There are some disagreements for a few countries, but most of them match the table roughly. The picture comes from a different source than the table. The problem is that the picture author has failed to mention his/her sources. For instance, he might be using GPD (exchange rate), while the table uses GPD (PPP). There can be big differences between the two. I will remove the picture. The World Resources Institute is cited as a source. The table is NOT factually inaccurate, since all of it is verifiable. --Cambrasa confab 15:52, 22 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The two Congos (Brazzavile and Kinshasa) are remarkable outliers - one the highest, and one the lowest in the table. That probably comes from pour statistical data for the two places... Vmenkov (talk) 03:49, 31 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
