Warmsworth station

[edit]

The listed entry states the station closed in 1875. The linked article states the station was built in 1916 but never opened. Any readers confirm which is correct.? [[92.27.203.234 (talk) 20:05, 19 January 2010 (UTC)]][reply]

Westbury-sub-Mendip

[edit]

I have deleted the entry for this station. There was indeed a station that served this village but it was named Lodge Hill. I refer readers to the entry on Lodge Hill railway station which explains all.. [[Steamybrian (talk) 13:01, 30 January 2010 (UTC)]][reply]

Wedbury (North Eastern Railway) closed 1954

[edit]

I have deleted the entry for Wedbury as I beleive the author received wrong spelling information. I have suggested he means Welbury which there is an entry which matches the above facts. Apologies if I am wrong..[[Steamybrian (talk) 13:08, 30 January 2010 (UTC)]][reply]

Portpatrick and Wigtown railway

[edit]

Could someone please remove the note (Kirkcudbright) from after the name of each station on this former railway. Kirkcudbright is actually in another county entirely from all these stations, the stations served the town named (i.e. Whauphill was the station for Whauphill). Kirkcudbright had one station of its own on a completely different branch —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.197.38.41 (talk) 16:57, 21 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, but I can't find the word "Kirkcudbright" anywhere on this article. Are you sure that you've gone to the talk page of the correct article? --Redrose64 (talk) 21:00, 21 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
It was removed in this edit. Keith D (talk) 00:09, 22 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
So, 94.197.38.41 did it three minutes after raising this thread. I need to be much quicker with my watchlist then. --Redrose64 (talk) 12:10, 22 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
