like dude, whered you find that converted ambulance picture?
those are kinda rare, since it wasent a good idea to make ambulances a target, Brian in denver (talk) 16:28, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

1st mobile

[edit]

the first mobile radio appears to be the pre WWI telefunkin mounted on a wagon, or mule cart followed by the radio set mounted in cassions. I suspect these are SCR-41, and SCR-47, but I cant seem to find a positive link.

after these two sets, it appears thay went to trucks. unfortunatly no records have been found before the K-18 number

although there is a referance to a SCR-124 truck, it appears to be unknown if this truck had a K-number.

it may also be likly that a K-number was assigned to carts, but again this is unknown. as for some of the missing numbers I suspect that some test set vehicles may have been given k-numbers, but not produced so therfore thay dont show up in the TM's —Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.118.67.56 (talk) 17:36, 8 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Storage catalog

[edit]

found the "signal corps storage catalog" which lists the first 11 k-numbers up to 1920. judging from documentation, yould be hard pressed to prove there was a signal corps between wwI and WWII. Brian in denver (talk) 16:01, 11 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

List extension

[edit]

guess I will go ahead and start adding V-numbers on a separate chart if it gets to long, guess we can seperate it to a different page.Brian in denver (talk) 23:59, 26 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

V35 controversy

[edit]

seems to be some disagreement as to weather the v-35 is a part of the JETDS list, anybody know for sure?Brian in denver (talk) 21:39, 11 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
