Norway
[edit]The Polish broadcaster said in an article from two months ago about Junior Eurovision 2024 that a broadcaster from Norway hasn't made a final decision despite expressed "initial" interest.[1] Norway last took part in 2005. 174.54.35.112 (talk) 17:23, 19 July 2024 (UTC)

List of non-participating countries
[edit]What's the point of this, now that we have the list of countries that do participate? It conveys no information and is a waste of the reader's (and our) time. ―Jochem van Hees (talk) 10:32, 12 September 2024 (UTC)
- Yea but San Marino also said they wont participate and they did, also some people want to know about their country if they will participate or not. Achichorta11 (talk) 17:22, 16 September 2024 (UTC)
- @Achichorta11: I don't understand what you mean. If you want to see if your country participates, look at the list of participating countries. If your country is not on there, then it's not participating. ―Jochem van Hees (talk) 17:48, 16 September 2024 (UTC)
- Also agree. Not sure what this section was trying to tell the reader. There is no expectation that a country/broadcaster participates, so it's not particularly relevant that they didn't. Grk1011 (talk) 18:35, 16 September 2024 (UTC)

RTVE broadcastings
[edit]RTVE will broadcast JESC 2024 on La 1, La 1 UHD, TVE international, RNE 1, RNE 4 & Radio para todos. The commentators for all broadcasts have also been announced. The information is here, I would be grateful if it could be added to the list.

- Thank you for adding it, but it is missing to add that the "Radio Para Todos" TV channel will also broadcast with the same comments from Radio Nacional and that on La 1 you can also select the broadcast in Catalan with the Radio 4 commentators, as already happened in ESC 2024. These are details, but it would be a richer table. It is also necessary to add the broadcast on La 1 UHD, it is a different channel. Ferx90 (talk) 20:25, 9 October 2024 (UTC)
About the Opening Ceremony
[edit]I think it would be best to add an extra section to this page somewhere mentioning the fact that unfortunately, due to the recent weather events in Spain, the Opening Ceremony will from now on be a private event for the delegations, RTVE and the EBU. This means that sadly, the Opening Ceremony will not be broadcast online.
I believe you could put this underneath an existing heading such as the "Production" heading, or maybe make a new heading such as an "Incidents" heading. Aæãåāàáâä (talk) 18:35, 8 November 2024 (UTC)
