His gravestone in St Mary's Church, Penwortham clearly shows his date of death as 1 March 1804. But equally clearly gives his age as 36 years. So his date of birth may not have been 27 March 1768. The self-published source in the Refs [1], however, supports the dates given. Is there any better source? Thanks. Martinevans123 (talk) 22:03, 21 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
