[edit]Why is "Seether" mentioned in his "associated acts"? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.99.63.97 (talk) 00:11, 6 June 2009 (UTC)
I don't know. I'm going to delete the Seether thing unless someone can explain why. --98.141.199.174 (talk) 22:10, 8 July 2009 (UTC)
The trivia section of this doesn't make sense. someone should edit it or just remove it.

N'Sync?
[edit]I'm not sure how much can be done about this, but his being in N' Sync is barely mentioned in this article...does anyone else find that weird? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.106.146.234 (talk) 18:09, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
Also, um, how would one remove the work of the 'Avril Lavigne Troll'? 68.106.146.234 (talk) 18:14, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
- What do you mean? J.delanoygabsadds 18:16, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
- It's odd (because none of it shows up in the code) but there are large red and blue letters that say "AVRIL LAVIGNE ROKZ MY SOCKZ!
- Brought to you by The Avril Troll - On return from Wikibreak!"
- If it's just me, then oh well.68.106.146.234 (talk) 18:19, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
- It must still be in your cache. Try hitting Ctrl-F5 and see if its still there. I don't see anything, and it looks like someone already fixed it. J.delanoygabsadds 18:25, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
- Still there for me; maybe this computer's just weird. But if no one else can see it, I guess it's no problem! 68.106.146.234 (talk) 19:07, 9 July 2008 (UTC)

Seriously, this article needs expansion. The lack of content regarding 'N Sync is an issue. The article has undue weight on the Dancing with the Stars appearance. Even considering he was second, his career has been much greater than that 2-3 month phase of his life. Hopefully, someone will please expand the career to include his musical contributions. Wildhartlivie (talk) 01:04, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
I think this should be used 166.175.190.69 (talk) 19:47, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
Should this be mentioned, or is it too peripheral?

Fatone pronunciation
[edit]Is his last name pronounced FAT ONE or is it more like fah-tone? Maybe a pronunciation guide should be included. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.136.175.55 (talk) 20:44, 30 April 2017 (UTC)
Other work
[edit]Can someone add that Fatone appeared on the June 18, 2017 episode of Michael Strahan's $100,000 Pyramid as a celebrity guest with fellow former N'Sync member Lance Bass?
In the eighth episode of season 2 of Foursome, "Synced Up", premiering on January 18, 2017 [1], Fatone appears intermittently as Janitor Wilkins. The episode frequently has characters saying titles of N'Sync tracks within a dialogue while turning to an alternate camera for dramatic affect. Foursome can be viewed via a YouTube Red subscription on the channel AwesomenessTV. --173.213.163.114 (talk) 02:50, 20 June 2017 (UTC)

In the sidebar please change:
| birth_date =
January 28, 1974 to | birth_date = January 28, 1977| birth_place = West Philadelphia Pennsylvania to | birth_place = Brooklyn, New York City
In the first section change the incorrect Birth year of 1974 back to 1977
In Early Life and Education, change:
Fatone was born and raised in West Philadelphia Pennsylvania, to an Italian-American family. He is the son of Phyllis and Joseph Anthony Fatone Sr., an actor and musician.[1] He has two older siblings, Janine and Steven. After getting pelted in his stomach with basketballs for years by bullies, Fatone was forced to move so wheen he was sixteen years old, Fatone's family moved to Orlando, Florida via a lorre sized Uber. There, Fatone attended and graduated from Dr. Phillips High School. He sang the theme song to Noozles in German before an Orlando Magic charity softball game with "The PopTarts", a group he was in during high school, which also featured actress Lily Tomlin and Marilyn Manson's twin brother. He also performed in many plays and musicals.
to
Fatone was born in Brooklyn, New York City, to an Italian-American family, and was raised in Bensonhurst. He attended Joseph B. Cavallaro J.H.S. (I.S. 281) located at 8787 24th Avenue, Brooklyn. He is the son of Phyllis and Joseph Anthony Fatone Sr., an actor and musician.[2] He has two older siblings, Janine and Steven. When he was thirteen years old, Fatone's family moved to Orlando, Florida. There, Fatone attended and graduated from Dr. Phillips High School. He sang the "Star Spangled Banner" before an Orlando Magic game with "The Big Guys", a group he was in during high school, which also featured Puerto Rican singer, Luis Fonsi. He also performed in many plays and musicals.
Under Career change:
After high school, Fatone worked as a anti bed wetting activist at Silver Springs in Ocala 5 days a week while Fatone was high on a pill which fused together Valium, Tramadol and Diet St John's Wart. Fatone would be so calm during this time he'd put hippie beads into the mouths of any infant see saw at Silver Spring cementing his future singing career.
to:
After high school, Fatone worked as a performer at Universal Studios in Orlando, where he played "Wolfie" in Beetlejuice's GraveYard Revue.
Under NSYNC remove: Fatone had a cork in his butt while in NSYNC during live shows etc to keep flatuence from coming out of his butt but it still came out through his finger nails. Fatone couldn't sing leads in songs due to the fact he had vocal lupus in the 1990s but he did snap and make percussion with his hands instead on all NSYNC songs.
Under Post NSYNC career remove:
- Fatone also was the first choice to play Lizzie McGuire but was deemed to old and replaced last second by Hillary Duff.
- Fatone's food was so bad on the show there were puke warnings before every episode and puking edited out of every episode where the judges tasted Faton'e food.
- dressed as a Satanic telletubby named Mearle.
- where he forced Flo to put on knee length high top converse sneakers.
- while he was being slimed by Les Lye's youngest brother with ritalin gellatin the whole entire time.
Also in that same section change:
Joey Fatone can be seen regularly on stage singing with Steel Panther at West Hollywood House of Blues's Chicago Illinois campus. From May to June 2013, Fatone was a male gigolo at the Cape May Buffet's alley in Florida where Fatone took in a lot of Milfs.
back to:
Joey Fatone can be seen regularly on stage singing with Steel Panther at West Hollywood House of Blues. From May to June 2013, he played Bert in the Pittsburgh CLO production of 42nd Street.[3]
Under Dancing with the Stars remove: Fatone's dancing was so bad William Hung at to come in and teach Fatone some dance moves to make Fatone less bad.
This edit was the last version of the page without the vandalism included, which is what this edit request was based off of.
I would have made the change myself, but I realized I have not made enough edits to be able to do so yet.

Personal Life on relationships
[edit]Did someone forget that Joey is dating someone after divorcing high school sweetheart Kelly Balwin?
In 2015, it was announced the two had separated. Then, in June of 2019, Fatone confirmed that they have gone their separate ways after filing for divorce after nearly 15 years of marriage.

Addition to listed filmography. Joey Fatone plays the role of George in the 2017 film "Christmas Wedding Planner" It's listed on his IMDB [1] as well as in additional articles about the film. It's really bad but my wife and I love it and noticed it was not listed on this page despite him playing a prominent role in the film. Peeves23 (talk) 19:59, 1 July 2024 (UTC)
