Stark County Courthouse

The above seems an even better pic of the Stark County Courthous. I can't find anything on Dyer being its archtitecy. A Joseph Poyser seems to have designed the original on in the 19th Century. —Preceding unsigned comment added by ChildofMidnight (talk • contribs)
