Image 'The Sparviero in early 1943'

Is this image a true image of the carrier Sparviero during her conversion in early 1943? Or is this a fantasy image of the ship as she was intended to appear when completed? If the latter, we should not be promoting the idea in reader's heads that this is the stage to which her conversion had progressed by the date suggested. As things stand, I have strong doubts and reservations, and I would rather see this image removed until the question can be answered and the issue resolved.
