Edits made which remove or otherwise change any material placed by clearly established consensus, without first obtaining consensus to do so, may be treated in the same manner as clear vandalism.
Clear vandalism of any origin may be reverted without restriction.
Reverts of edits made by anonymous (IP) editors that are not vandalism are exempt from the 1RR but are subject to the usual rules on edit warring. If you are in doubt, contact an administrator for assistance.

Islamic State – West Africa Province → Islamic State's West Africa Province – Per naming Convention, This move should be completed due to the use of special characters within the title, which may or may not render on some (but not many) devices. This will be a fairly controversial move MoonlightVector^{Talk page} 19:02, 28 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This was recently moved from "Islamic State's West Africa Province" (its original name) to its current form ("Islamic State – West Africa Province") as a majority of editors agreed with the move. If there is a error, I would recommend raising the issue at the main talk page of "Islamic State" because almost all IS branches have been recently renamed to "Islamic State – X Province".
