The origin OF the Issaq tribe people are Harraris people, Sheikh Ishaaq bin Ahmed married a Harari woman and gave birth to the Issaq Tribe, not some local women Dir Women Somali.
They're supposed to belong to an actual people call Harari people not somali.
Issaq don't considered to be Somalis at all, Real Issaq ancestors were Habesha Harari people and I can also see Issaq speak different dialects of Somali which contains a lot of Harari loan words and Arabic as well. The capital Of Somaliland is Hargeysa means little Harari.
The Hararis moved across the Bab-el-Mandeb, settling in the shores of Somaliland Northern Somalia.

Northern Somali also contains many Harari loanwords
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northern_Somali
Ishaaq Bin Ahmed the founder of the Issaq tribe stated he married local Harari habesha women, not local from Dir women somali.
They don't have the same Y-DNA marker as other Somalis such as E3b1.
Issaq carrier Haplogroup T-M184 known as T-1 which came from the Middle East.
They also had their kingdoms such as Adal Sultanate and Isaaq Sultanate before the founder of British Somaliland and the unification of Somalia Republic in 1960.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isaaq_Sultanate
In 1991 Isaaq were left Somali Republic union Due bloody ruthless Government dictator Of Somalia and not regarded them as part of somali.
They were badly mistreated by the Somali government in the past

Since issaq only inhabited In Somaliland not Somalia.
If Issaq is considered to be somali then why they carrier huge amount of T-M184 T-1 and not E3b1?
T-M184 don't consider to be a somali Y-dna haplogroup.
Their people are Harari, not Somali and being mistaken for Somali.
Note: Adal Sultanate was also inhabited Semitic speaking people such as Harari/Argobba people.

Issaq isn't part of the Somali people, and their Y-DNA is very different rest of the Somalis. They are Harris descended who adopted the Somali language, called Harari people, also the capital of Somaliland hargeysa means little Harari Harar as-sagir, meaning "Harar the little.

Can you remove the Dir clan part? issaq are not part of dir. It is just like saying Hawiye is part of Darood. I've never heard a tribe claim to be part of another tribe. Issaq is just issaq.
