Typo

It was found a typo in the article: It is not Jamacia, I'm pretty sure that is Jamaica. Juan andrés

As far as I'm aware, high pressure systems not juxtaposed over the center of a cyclone don't provide ventilation for a tropical cyclone. The backing upper-level low does.
