Fix the title of the Burner citation from "Herbert Hoover: The Public Life" to "Herbert Hoover: A Public Life" Some sources such as ^[1] show the title as "The Public Life", but the book image clearly shows "A Public Life".

The new citation would be:

During his sophomore year, Sam Collins proposed founding, Romero Hall Boarding Club, the first student cooperative boarding house at Romero Hall, for "sociability and economy", which Hoover and William Foster Hidden co-founded.
