BMX track
[edit]Does the BMX cycle track still exist? (I'm a "Freeman of the city", so why don't I get £100 compensation annually?) ----Red Sunset 20:46, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
- Yes, it does exist. It is on the north side near to the wooded area. Page now has photos of it. Snowman (talk) 11:29, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit]I think that the article needs an infobox and possibly a map. Addition of geo-data would also help to locate the area. The word common needs looking at for capitalisation as it varies through the article for the name of the area, lower case at start of lead and upper-case in History section. Apart from that looks OK. Keith D (talk) 21:39, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
- Infobox and coordinates added, and capitalisation for "Hearsall Common" made consistent. Snowman (talk) 16:13, 6 September 2008 (UTC)
Learner Drivers?
[edit]Why is it that there are learner drivers on the tarmaced bit so often? It seems to annoy me, although I have no good reason. I am clearly a grumpy old man. What are they learning from driving on there though? Willplatts (talk) 23:13, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
Hearsall Common Road?
[edit]The article cites a reference to a website calling the road that cuts Hearsall Common as 'Hearsall Common Road' however this road is actually known as Hearsall Lane. Can I just edit it to remove that citation and replace with the correct name? Scootermacc (talk) 23:33, 3 September 2014 (UTC)
- I think that it is actually a misreading of the reference, as I think it is not actually naming the road but indicating the end points of a road. I would correct the error and remove the reference. If you can supply a reference for the correct name then add that. Keith D (talk) 01:55, 4 September 2014 (UTC)
