[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on George Fosbery. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive http://web.archive.org/web/20041028141858/http://www.homeusers.prestel.co.uk:80/stewart/avon.htm to http://www.homeusers.prestel.co.uk/stewart/avon.htm

Additional material
[edit]I would also suggest adding Fosbery's important development of the multi-lugged rotating bolt with integral claw extractor and plunger ejector.

[edit]I am removing the image at right of a wooden cross, currently identified in the article as Fosbery's grave, but which appears not to be. The metal label on the cross, when enlarged, reads, "P. V. Fosbery" – somebody else. In addition we have another photo of Fosbery's (entirely different) stone monument. The wooden cross was photographed in August 2014, and the stone monument in March 2016: my first thought was that the stone monument might be a recent replacement, but the stonework shows a certain amount of weathering, far more than it is likely to have received in barely a year and a half. So I think this is a clear error. If anyone has any further information, please provide it. GrindtXX (talk) 13:58, 8 August 2021 (UTC)
