HARM Scandal
[edit]Sources are welcome, and this page should have some discussion of the HARM scandal. We need to be careful to keep WP:UNDUE in mind though; this is an article about the company, not just the scandal. We could use a reference to any major court decisions, but most of the sources should be WP:SECONDARY, like press coverage or the 60 minutes episode. VQuakr (talk) 20:24, 29 January 2011 (UTC)
Convoluted
[edit]I have dePRODded this article after finding news references, but things are complicated.
First, according to the Los Angeles Times the company made a sale of a major division and product line shortly before filing for bankruptcy, and that was to have satisfied teh creditors; and Bloomberg lists it as a going concern. I have accordingly commented out the date given for bankruptcy finalization.
Secondly, the company may or may not be related to Genisco Filter Corp, which claims on its website to have 50 years of experience. I have inserted a hidden one-line paragraph about this company's acquisition by HSI in 2013.
Thirdly, this news item dated August 10, 1981 references a Genisco Computers Corp. being spun off from Genisco Technology two years before the stated founding of the company. Yngvadottir (talk) 05:46, 18 April 2017 (UTC)
