[edit]Rosalind Chao and Lucille Soong are also in the film.
Reception Info
[edit]There's a sentence in the reception section that says, "Also, at the end, Anna is wearing a purple bra"
1. Why on earth is that even noteworthy? I suppose I should add that Tess's nightgown is white, and Anna's hair is red *rolls eyes*
2. Even if, for some weird reason it IS noteworthy, why is it in the reception section?
I'm deleting it, but if for some unknown reason it needs to be there, then feel free to restore it —Preceding unsigned comment added by PokeFan2006 (talk • contribs) 08:47, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
Which character did Jamie Lee Curtis get the Golden Globe nomination for playing?
[edit]Was the award for playing Tess (the mother) or Anna (the daughter)?
I don’t think there can be any doubt that the award was for Curtis’s portrayal of Anna (the daughter) since:
1. Curtis spends the majority of the film playing the daughter, and only plays the mother as the “setup” for the film proper. 2. Playing the role of a teenager was clearly much more of a challenge and a stretch for Curtis than playing a character her own age. It seems highly unlikely the award would be awarded for playing such a straight and small role.
Therefore, I say this article should say Curtis’s nomination was for her portrayal or Anna (the daughter). Or possibly for both characters. I made this change but someone changed it back without giving any explanation. I’m going to correct this again, and if you want to change it back, please explain your reasons here.
