You have not put anything in the article to show how the PROJECT is notable, ie: no media that is independent of the PROJECT, that is talking about the PROJECT. One wasn't asked for, but I'll provide another opinion. Regardless of the definition of project or organization, Flora Zambesiaca is much more than that. The article certainly establishes notability, as this publication is one of the authoritative references on the flora of that region. Compare to Flora of Australia (series).
