Proposed split
[edit]Starting this discussion since a split tag was placed on the page. I see no need to split the page, it is at a respectable length. 117Avenue (talk) 05:17, 5 March 2013 (UTC)
Removal of sourced content
[edit]User:Spshu, if you do not adequately explain why you are repeatedly removing a direct citation from a service provider (pretty much the second-most reliable source possible for channel changes after the channel owner) you may be reported without warning for disruptive editing. Mdrnpndr (talk) 23:11, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
- It was adequately explained. You are one who is reversing wholesale other edits that including ubl and url templates, removing DHX programming pick up by US DXD & using as current programming source and a spelling edit. Thus you should be reported for disruptive editing. You must be joking that one a blog is appropriate and two that it cannot be confirmed even at Corus's website. Spshu (talk) 23:32, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
- In fact, VMedia actually got the date for the re-branding of Family Jr. correct. Again, a television provider itself is a good secondary source for changes to their own services (or in this case, those of others too). ViperSnake151 Talk 02:50, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
- As I said I could not confirm at Corus's website said date, so how are you say they have the date right? DHX programming on other Disney XD channels doesn't have to do with DHX's DXD. Adding that to the US DXD page was even considered WP:UNDUE. Having the header "Re-branding" would only cover rebranding which only should be a single paragraph, which one would think not enough for a header thus named to "Chrdg". Requested move 9 October 2015
[edit]- The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the move request was: Moved to Family Chrgd.(non-admin closure) John123521 (Talk-Contib.) RA 04:58, 20 October 2015 (UTC)
Disney XD (Canada) Family Chrgd → ? – Disney XD is now (Family) Chrgd, so it's time to rename, but I can't decide which name is right. John123521 (Talk-Contib.) RA 05:21, 9 October 2015 (UTC) --Relisted. George Ho (talk) 00:24, 18 October 2015 (UTC)
- I am in the same quandary, although I rule out any all caps "Chrgd" version. I could see "Chrgd" as the website name is that "Chrgd.ca". Probably best to see what the media outlets are calling the channel.
- "Chrgd" (includes all caps): Kidscreen, Kidscreen summit, Animation Mag., AnimationXpress , WorldScreen/TVKids.ws Total: 5
- "Family Chrgd" (includes all caps): Broadcaster, Kidscreen (yes both), C21Media, Kidscreen again, awn.com, C21Media, Animation Mag., Licensing Mag, OnScreenAsia total: 9
- So, Family CHRGD seems the general usage in media and some else seem to have move it to: "Family Chrgd". Spshu (talk) 19:35, 9 October 2015 (UTC)
- But it violates MOS:TM. The letters are not an acronym, and are just stylized. ViperSnake151 Talk 00:32, 10 October 2015 (UTC)
- How does "Family Chrgd" violate MOS:TS? That is why the options were "Chrgd" or "Family Chrgd" as I explained in the first sentence of my last post. Just because I used "Family CHRGD" for media's usage in my concluding sentence, I made that point again in the counts that those count for there respective destylized version. You are looking for a disagreement where none exists, ViperSnake151. Spshu (talk) 18:21, 10 October 2015 (UTC)
- Uh, I think you misinterpreted my remark. I was saying that "Family CHRGD" violates MOS:TM, because it's a stylization by the trademark owner that does not follow standard English capitalization rules. Family Chrgd is technically correct under MOS:TM. MOS:TM says to only use such "styles" that are in "widespread" use by sources, but it's a very controversial caveat that has been discussed literally hundreds of times with no resolution. It's merely a guideline. ViperSnake151 Talk 00:39, 11 October 2015 (UTC)
- There was no reason to make your remark as I point out. How is that a misinterpretation of your remark? Why are you explaining what I already indicated I agree with? Why are still acting like I disagree with MOS:TM. I just spend a whole post say that you are misinterpreting what I said? Do you bother to read and comprehend what people write or do you like jumping to conclusions that don't exist? Spshu (talk) 19:50, 11 October 2015 (UTC)

This TV series lacks an article, made it a redlink. The prior link to DreamWorks TV is a redirect to DreamWorks Television, an article about a CHANNEL that retired in 2013.
I brought this up at Talk:DreamWorks Television along with an archive that has some of the titles.
A new article about this would be great. I like Laurie the Lousy Fairy in particular, seems like an original work. The clips of Po/Shrek are not particularly impressive. 02:53, 6 March 2016 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.145.18.50 (talk)

Mega Man (2018) TV series
[edit]Mega Man will premiere on Cartoon Network and Family Chrgd in 2018 in United States and in Canada. Mike Littlejohn (talk) 20:19, 24 October 2017 (UTC)
- Hi Mike! Your edits were reverted because they were unsourced, which means that they didn't show any references that prove that what you're saying is real. People very often vandalise articles like this one by making stuff up and just putting in lists of programmes that they'd like to see as "upcoming". In the case of Mega Man, two good references to quote might be these two:
http://kidscreen.com/2017/04/03/dhx-dentsu-partner-on-mega-man/
.. but you should avoid making any specific claims that aren't in those articles - e.g. the series appears to have been picked up by Family Chrgd, but neither of those articles say that it will be shown in 2018, so it would be better just to list the show as 'upcoming' with no particular date attached. Bonusballs (talk) 13:20, 25 October 2017 (UTC)
- Incidentally it used to have a citation (iirc that Kidscreen article) but it kept being removed. Hey, don't ask me! Greg, AKA Georgeqgreg (talk) 04:28, 28 October 2017 (UTC)
