The following paragraph in the "Impact on Civilians" section should be removed for violating WP:NPOV:

After the Taliban victory, these fears never materialized. Zarifa Ghafari, a former governor under the defeated previous government, even returned to Afghanistan safely on tourism.[84] The Taliban countered accusations of discrimination against women as mere propaganda.[85]
