Final environmental assessment is out
[edit]I have added a couple of high-level items from the just-released EIA document to the article, with a citation to the report. I've not read the entire document.
These environmental assessments are often a trove of useful information for improving the article, including lots of photos and diagrams that meet Wikipedia lincensing standards for inclusion in the encyclopedia.
