In this edit an editor who was not logged in (and presumably has not created an account) said that edits had been made at the request" of "my boss". This strongly suggests paid editing. The editor involved should read and comply with WP:PAID. DES (talk)DESiegel Contribs 22:29, 20 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Updated information regarding the page!

[edit]

I have sources that verify Dipa's name change to Ananyaa as well as other information. They're PDF's on my desktop. How can I forward for consideration? Relaxandlaugh (talk) 15:33, 27 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

We are not interested in what government documents have to say, we are only interested in what reliable secondary sources have to say. If newspaper articles use her new name, then we can update this article. – Thjarkur (talk) 15:51, 27 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I have newspapers articles. How can I forward them? Relaxandlaugh (talk) 15:54, 27 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You can add links to them here below – Thjarkur (talk) 16:05, 27 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Are the articles permitted if they're in PDF's and are hosted in a google drive account? Relaxandlaugh (talk) 16:21, 27 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

No they are required to be publicly, published somewhere and you still have not complied with the conflict of interest requirements please read and follow the links you have been given on your talk page. Theroadislong (talk) 16:25, 27 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
If these PDFs are published newspaper or magazine articles then you can give a full citation to them (title, date, publication, author, page), but we don't link to copyrighted content copyright violations. – Thjarkur (talk) 16:52, 27 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
If the newspaper articles are online, please provide a UR that links to them. Whether they are online or not, please provide the name of the publication, the date of publication, the title of the story/article, the name of the author(s) if there is a published byline, and the page number if there was a print publication. (Omit page number for an online-only source that does not use page numbers). If the publication is not well-known, the name of the publisher is also helpful. Provide this information for each reliable source that you have that reports her change of name, please. It is ok to link to copyrighted sources as long as they are not themselves violating a third party's copyright, Þjarkur, we link to online sources all the time. The idea, Relaxandlaugh, is thatr any reader should be able to verify the source either online or in a library or archive. DES (talk)DESiegel Contribs 17:07, 27 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry to bother you guys again, I submitted the PDF's for review. If this was not done correctly I will make the appropriate changes. [1] Relaxandlaugh (talk) 17:53, 27 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This is not a newspaper article about her, this is just a classified ad. It is also not possible to verify that this announcement came from Shah. I'd recommend waiting until a newspaper article is written about her using this new name before suggesting this change. – Thjarkur (talk) 20:03, 27 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I agree. Theroadislong (talk) 09:42, 28 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
