Hi Aciram - She very well may be notable, however current sourcing does not show this. A thesis cannot be used to show notability, which is the only current source. And by the way, redirecting this article is not "very radical", it's actually policy. See WP:ATD-R. If more sourcing isn't provided, afraid I'll have to take it to AfD.Onel5969TT me12:40, 29 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I appologize if is expressed myself in an insulting way, that is not my intention, but to me it seemed radical to delete an article rather than to make a nomination of deletion, so people may be able to discuss the matter first. A problem with this is the fact that 19th-century actresses in Australia has long been neglected in history: not much has been written about them, and thus much written material may not yet be online, regardless of notability. Her name does come up here: [1], and she is also suggested to be included in the Australian Dictionary of Biography[2]. It is reasonable that there would be more references, if people are but given the chance to add them. I mean no harm whatsowever and I have no intention in getting involved in any sort of conflict. I don't know what "afd" is, but since I suffer from anxiety disorder, I will not contest anything when coming into conflict with another editor further than I have now.--Aciram (talk) 12:46, 29 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It has more references now, and will I am sure have more in the future: her notability as one of the first actresses in Australia and the second woman theatre mananger is such that she would with no doubt be in more references, which can be added by those who has them or will have them when the article attracts more attention. --Aciram (talk) 14:14, 29 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
