English Names
[edit]That is NOT the English name. If that was the case then Digimon 5 would have been the English name for the first DW:DS game because thats what Gamefaqs used. I'm reverting the name back since Gamefaqs is NOT official.
main characters gender
[edit]I thoght you could select the characters to be male or female, in the vids i have sceen the main character from dusk dosent bere likeness to the description that is post
You can select the gender, they just look different in each game.204.147.20.1 (talk) 20:54, 22
The protagonists of the games ARE the same characters, no matter which game you are playing. They are just colored to match the version you are playing. Though I suppose for correctness, Sayo is the lead of Moonlight and (whatever the male character's name is) is the hero for Sunburst as in the opposite version, no matter what gender you choose, those are the rivals you face. Entire List of Digimon
[edit]I have removed the entire list because I feel it's not needed. If anyone wants to try, go ahead and make a new article for it here: List of Digimon in Digimon World: Dawn and Dusk. Tyler Warren 09:41, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

Cover Characters?
[edit]I was wondering what the names of the characters on the covers are. Specifically I want to know the name of the character on Dusk that has the eye in the palm of his hand. --Kaleb.G 03:48, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
- That would be Dracmon. Nightmare SE 12:58, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks! --Kaleb.G (talk) 21:22, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
Pawnchessmon white
[edit]How do you get pwnchessmon white? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.184.93.252 (talk) 18:04, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
Try reading a guidebook if you want to know. Anyway, it's in Thriller ruins.204.147.17.33 (talk) 22:57, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
Actually, scratch that. I don't think there is a guide book for the game. I can't find one, even on Ebay.204.147.20.72 (talk) 22:23, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
An error in Digimon Dawn
[edit]Throughout the whole game everyone calls team Night Claw Night Crow. Is it just my card or has anyone else noticed this? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 4.239.216.12 (talk) 20:07, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
na my Dusk also calls them Night Crow, i was gonna mention it but you got to it first, what do they (Light Fang) call themselves in your game? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.62.226.101 (talk) 17:22, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
It's supposed to be Night Crow and Light Fang, and there was an error in Dawn's instruction booklet that calls the other team Night Claw, and calls Darkmoon City Moonlight city. Also, there's an error in both games where a digimon in the digifarm appears on the top screen with a speech bubble and the picture of the digimon's head. That's all normal except for the fact that the digimon's speech bubble is blank (Doesn't say anything) and the game freezes.65.223.58.226 (talk) 23:38, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
Considering the other team is Light Fang, doesn't it make a lot more sense for them to be Night Claw? "Night Crow" doesn't make any sense to me and is almost definitely a mistranslation. 76.105.225.65 (talk) 06:21, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
Probably. But I go by what the games say. Besides, the names of the cities are strange, too. Sunshine is fine, but Darkmoon should be Moonlight.204.147.20.72 (talk) 22:22, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
Exclusive digimon
[edit]Kimeramon, SkullGreymon, Milleniummon, and Moon=Milleniummon are not exclusive to Dusk. You get Kimeramon by dna digivolving Devimon and Angemon (if you have Skullgreymon, which is also obtainable in Dawn, in the Shadow Abyss), you get Milleniummon through dna digivolving with Kimeramon and another digimon, and, if you have Milleniummon, Moon=Milleniummon digivolves from Kimeramon.65.223.58.226 (talk) 23:45, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
You're right.204.147.20.1 (talk) 20:56, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
- Where do you guys keep getting that info from? All of my sources say that it's Kabuterimon and Devimon that make Kimeramon. Anyway, SkullGreymon (the the other three, which require him) still counts as an exclusive-to-Dusk Digimon because the Shadow Abyss is only unlockable in Dawn via Wifi. I'm pretty certain our version exclusive lists assumes that the game has had no contact whatsoever with Wifi, otherwise technically ALL Digimon are obtainable and there are no exclusives.Gagbumon (talk) 01:26, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
It can be either Angemon OR Kabuterimon DNA digivolving with Devimon, FYI. 204.147.20.1 (talk) 18:21, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
Oh, by the way, both the Megidramon and Vikemon species quests take place in the shadow abyss. Lazy Megidramon: The digi-microphone quest, where you fight blackwargrowlmon. Cool Vikemon: Stop the duel with Zanbamon.204.147.20.1 (talk) 18:12, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
DNA DIGIVOLVING. BY JACKSON BRIDGES
[edit]If you dna digivolve kokatorimon and akokatorimon with the same attack defense aptitude and speed it will create a sinduramon. If you dna digivolve war greymon and metal garurumon with the same attack defense aptitude and speed it will create omnimon. If you dna digivolve karetemon with taumon it will create kuzahamon you know with the same atributes. If you want to create sakuyamon you have to dna digivolve kuzahamon and taomon with the same atributes. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.105.160.206 (talk) 03:55, 4 July 2008 (UTC)
Can I delete this? Please?65.223.58.226 (talk) 18:51, 12 July 2008 (UTC)
Masterlists
[edit]Pokemon has a comparable situation - it's masterlists, filled with content, demonstrate which Pokemon are available in each game. No, those lists aren't on the game's articles, but it's still there. Dawn and Dusk aren't even trying to have in-depth info for each monster, just a numbered list which points to off-wiki, for those who were complaining about notability. Pokemon was allowed to keep the same kind of functionality being asked for her, and Digimon is very nearly as notable as Pokemon - possibly not in America anymore, but certainly still in Japan.
This article is also being worked on on the Digimon Wiki, and the attempt is to keep the articles parallel. More content is on the way.
Finally, more than just the "masterlist" was removed, and there was no reason given for its removal. Why was this done? Not even Mr. Lister's Koromon survived intact. 03:19, 10 December 2008 (UTC)
