Move / title
[edit]It may look nicer, but a job title (as opposed to an career-defining occupation) is not for life, and I don't think WP articles are meant to be titled in such a way that they have to be moved upon the subject changing jobs. Of course. he may not be a bishop forever regardless of location so I'm not suggesting the previous title was perfect either. Ideas? David Urquhart hasn't received any serious copyediting in over a year, so a discussion could be set up about moving that page, or David Urquhart (clergyman) would probably come closest to the naming convention of First Last (occupation). Hi Deiz! Just to say that as David Urquart is a bishop, his wikipedia article page should include a Bishop Infobox, which I included. I do agree that the renaming of the page may be suitable, yes. I named the page as it is at the moment as many others have done so with other CofE bishops. Textbook (talk) 13:46, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
Brother
[edit]The article on Malcolm Sinclair says that his brother is Keith Sinclair, Bishop of Birkenhead. Are we sure that the review that says Malcolm's brother is the Bishop of Birmingham didn't simply make an error?Andwats (talk) 15:19, 25 August 2011 (UTC)
Safeguarding controversy
[edit]New section added. With accurate references and citations I hope. Please review my edit. Joelionheart (talk) 21:56, 6 December 2018 (UTC)
- Unsurprisingly, this issue dominates the article in a way which makes it quite unbalanced.Bermicourt (talk) 16:33, 3 March 2022 (UTC)
