Death

[edit]

The current source offered (here), does not describe the subject's death as suicide. Until reliable coverage does, that speculation should not appear in this biography. Cheers. JFHJr () 01:43, 17 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The South China Morning Post (source #7) indeed states: "The 25-year-old British captain of Kowloon Rugby Football Club was found dead in an empty swimming pool at a Hung Hom residential block on Wednesday in an apparent suicide. Police believe David Tait jumped from the roof of the serviced-apartment block Harbourview Horizon, in Hung Lok Road, at about 3.50pm." Based on your comment I am restoring the mention of "apparent suicide". quant18 (talk) 04:12, 17 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Discussion of the subject's father and teammate does not belong in the section on this subject's death. There's no demonstrated relevance to this subject's death, and information on the father appropriately appears elsewhere. To include such a discussion in this subject's death section is WP:UNDUE.
