This makes me laugh "Rothrock is five-time World Karate Champion in forms and weapons between 1981 and 1985.[3] These categories are not combat-oriented, being displays of fluidity of movement rather than fighting, and are therefore not segregated into male and female categories but fully open to both sexes.[4]"
Obviously, the writer does not know anything about the karate. There are many karate "associations" that organise "world championchips". I know many karate world champions, but they are champions because they were on a championship that has so many cathegories and so small amount of competitioners, that every third person there is a world champion. In America, they organise events like this every month, they do even the universe championchips... Secondly, there is nothing like "weapons" cathegory in the traditional karate. And last, but not least, the "forms" are called KATA and it is not true that they are "not combat-oriented", because the real katas have combat meanint, bunkai, which in the real championchips is a real cathegory(as teams kata, first they do kata, then they show bunkai) and the judges consider the combat part of kata a lot. It is about the perfection of the technique, but it is also about the speed, strength, prescision and combat application and the real cathegories are divided by sex and age.
I dare her and all famous american actors with many "world champion" titles to try the WKF world champs. The people who are there are real fighters - policemen, special forces etc.
After checking IMDb and doing several searches I believe that there are only 2 Rage and Honor movies. Rage and Honor 3 does not exist. However, you can verify this before editing her filmography.
Normal procedure here @FlightTime is not to revert edits from other users, reporting them, and to cause an edit war. The outdated image of Ms. Rothrock (circa 2018) by Glenn Francis is not a current representation of Ms. Rothrock. Further, Glenn Francis inserts commercial promotional meta data into his images such as using a commercial promo attribution of "www.PacificProDigital.com and Glenn.Photos". The 2024 image of Ms. Rothrock with Creative Commons use is more appropriate, accurate and current. DragionTech007 (talk) 23:32, 1 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
