Doesn't this exist in the US, or Hollywood anyway, too? In fact isn't that the biggest form of it even?

Or should the US form be called "suburb bashing" rather than "suburbia bashing"? Or is it just concern that too many articles are US-focused? (Which I don't think is really true. When accounting for population size I think Britain and maybe even Canada are possibly better represented on English Wikipedia than the US)--T. Anthony (talk) 23:20, 30 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

While there's a 'bashing' of suburbs in America as well, it's a distinctly different thing, as Australia has a different definition of suburb that encompasses most of the country's residential population. Suburbia bashing is therefore more about the common Australian lifestyle/identity than the specific type of neighborhood. --60.242.53.214 (talk) 22:42, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
