[edit]only a website??
Sounds like crap. Reads like a press release. Zero sources. It's an important entry but needs updating. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.65.24.85 (talk) 20:03, 2 April 2009 (UTC)
Illegal organisation?
[edit]Is it banned? And, if it's banned, WHY have it been banned??
Now I've tried to log in as A young communist many times, but it doesn't goes. I see the screen called ==Login succesfully!== and I see A young communist's details up in the right, but when I look at a new page, suddenly it's dissepeared. I need help here. I could have taken this a better place, but because Wikipedia have no forum, there IS no better place. It's also easy because I already shall take up something here. 62.16.168.251 (talk) 18:09, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
- Actually, Wikipedia:Village pump might be a better place. I think the answer to your query might be the cookie settings in your web browser. As per the illegality of C(M)PA, I don't think there is any explicit ban on this particular party, but if it would seek legal recognition I'm quite sure it would be denied. --Soman (talk) 00:06, 31 August 2010 (UTC)

New Website, current statements, everything needs to be updated
[edit]https://cmpa.io/en/ is the current website in English too, and looks more frequently updated. There's also this translation of a recent statement that they made against the Taliban and imperialism in general: https://neizav.medium.com/declaration-of-the-communist-party-of-afghanistan-maoist-538dccf83872
I don't understand why this article is slated for deletion when Maoists are an important feature in Afghan history, especially the Soviet Afghan war, and they're talked about and featured often in M.H. Kakar's book on that period of history, which is the definitive account of the war. Aramisskai (talk) 16:20, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
few questions
[edit]are they still active? are taliban after them? 2607:FEA8:31C0:3030:504D:846A:2020:2E29 (talk) 23:17, 19 November 2021 (UTC)
USA
[edit]I think that the article probably needs a revision since the US troops are gone now. Their present activity is especially interesting. Upasaka123 (talk) 15:49, 29 January 2022 (UTC)
