The language (and not the region) is the main focus of the draft, because it is the notable thing about the village - the fact that a totally unique language isolate has developed there uninfluenced by any other existing language. I understand that the number of native users is relatively low compared to many other (spoken) languages, but this is common with sign languages of this type and I see that other village sign languages with similar numbers of native users also have Wikipedia pages (e.g. Kata Kolok https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kata_Kolok which has 40). As for what makes the language itself of note, the linguistics section details its use of reiterated code-switches which is for now a completely unique aspect of its grammar which does not appear in any existing literature to my knowledge. Comment: I've started some preparatory work on this. Researching Cena, I cannot find the language listed in any of the official lists of languages (see infobox for clues, and maybe look at Old Kent Sign Language for an example).I've added two infoboxes, one for the language and one for the settlement.I see a need for more referencing or the settlement. We need more references about the economy, for example. The education section introduces Cena wellAll inline links should be removed, please, and turned into references if appropriate, Wikilinks, or external links in a section so named. Comment: I am in agreement with Eagleash that you are likely to have better success with the place, adding the sign language as an attribute of the place. It is very unlikely that the language itself passes our notability threshold. However the place may pass WP:GEOLAND.At that point the language becomes part of Wikipedia, simply because it is an attribute of the place. Assuming the article on the place is acceptable it is simple to create a redirect from an entry point of Cena (sign language) to arrive at the article and also to add a wiki link from Cena (disambiguation).This will achieve more objectives than an article focussing on the language. Should the Langage be determined to be notable it may be split later into it own article. I hope you will find this a worthwhile approach, and will see that you have not wasted any effort.
