If not, it's not necessary to create a new disambiguation page when is already existing Carignano (disambiguation). Everything has a reason to exist. You probably haven’t seen my page List of Frazioni in the Metropolitan City of Genoa It has a list of villages and one of them goes by the same name. The article will consists of some detail such as poulation, location and elevation. Thus there’s another settlement called carignano that will have an article or redirect which leads to some sort of information, so please don’t move the page. I assume that is true however I believe there is no harm in making a disambiguation. However the point that Carignano Liguria doesn't exist yet is valid and I'm not ok with the move as a temporary measure prior to the creation of Carignano, Liguria however post-creation I feel a disambiguation is the best option. Oppose, given the size of the commune and the fact that the article gets around 6 views a day, I'm disinclined to accept that it's primary over the other entries listed at the dab (though some are WP:PARTIAL matches), unless some compelling evidence is presented to the contrary.
