Fair use rationale for Image:CLD logo.jpg

Image:CLD logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

CMX 600 Emmy

The Emmy for the CMX 600 is listed as a Labs Emmy. My father was the lead designer of the CMX 600 system and was at CBS Engineering in NY not at the Stamford Labs. I asked him about whether the Labs had anything to do with that system and he said "no." He had great respect for the labs, but doesn't think this is accurate. I don't do much on wikipedia so don't know the etiquette of just changing things based on this kind of information so I'm writing this here. I will add that I've been researching the creation of a page on my father and have been reading a lot on the CMX 600 and haven't found any mention of the Stamford Labs.small>— Preceding unsigned comment added by Mettlinger (talk • contribs) 16:47, 29 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and thank you for your correction and sourcing! I have completely rewritten and greatly expanded the CBS Laboratories Wiki, and in doing so have carefully researched the Emmy awards given to CBS and the Labs. (Sources listed in references) You are correct, and I have removed that Emmy reference!
