Neo-Fregean

This term is used here and on Crispin Wright's page, but it is not defined in Wikipedia. Is this a notable concept, does it exist anywhere except in their own writings? Linking to Frege isn't helpful, since the term "neo-Fregean" isn't defined there. --RichardVeryard 15:41, 27 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Response: The term is rather new, but well known in the literature. For example have a look at these:

Notability

This article is still just based on University of Sheffield web pages. There have been no independent sources. However, it is possible that there may be obituaries in newspapers or significant journals which could genuinely support notability. Chemical Engineer (talk) 22:37, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I added 11 published reviews of his books. It is those, rather than published obituaries, that would make him notable (via WP:AUTHOR). He also has a case for notability via his presidency of the Aristotelian Society (WP:PROF#C6) and fellowship in the Royal Society of Edinburgh (#C3); again, that would have nothing to do with published obituaries. —David Eppstein (talk) 00:58, 19 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
