'Humberside' problem with the maps
[edit]Map 1: the constituency is in the East Riding of Yorkshire, not 'Humberside'.
Map 2: This also needs changing. 'Humberside' no longer exists so should not appear on a map of England. —Preceding unsigned comment added by MG291 (talk • contribs) 17:26, 2 November 2007 (UTC)
Still not done. Why not? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Justa21 (talk • contribs) 12:41, 29 April 2010 (UTC)
- It does not need doing as the boundary commission reviewed the boundary as though it was Humberside and that is what we use for the constituency. When the boundary commission review the boundaries under the East Riding of Yorkshire them we will change the mapping etc to match. So you need to wait for the boundary commission. Woodmansey
[edit]In the boundaries section, it states that Woodmansey was taken out of the constituency of Beverley and Holderness and assigned to Haltemprice and Howden. This is is untrue - it remains in Beverley and Holderness. 15:13, 30 January 2015 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.60.38.205 (talk)
- Yeah, http://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/election-maps/gb/ suggests it's still in Beverley & Holderness, too 83.244.221.226 (talk) 17:08, 2 February 2015 (UTC)
I think someone here has confused Woodmansey and Dunswell. Dunswell parish used to be in Beverley Minster Council ward; in 2003 it was added to Cottingham North, and in the subsequent parliamentary review the constituency boundaries were realigned to match the Council wards. In return the parish of Newbald was moved out of Haltemprice & Howden and into Beverley & Holderness. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 5.198.90.186 (talk) 09:14, 25 August 2015 (UTC)
