[edit]If people are going to remember a bust for weed, they ought to also remember his 9/11 experience. --Crid 06:56, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
- What 9/11 experience?
Michael Dell personally addressed the termination of Ben Curtis' career in the advertising campaign during a company meeting, and attributed it to his arrest.
Odd. This snopes article says otherwise. http://www.snopes.com/radiotv/tv/delldude.asp
- Snopes is WRONG. They even contradict themselves! Dell's spin doctors may claim he was going to be fired but the fact is he wasn't actually fired by Dell until the incident "citing a violation of company policy". That was no coincidence. Then Snopes ends the article with a joke about Gateway computers. FAIL.
This article reads like it was written by Curtis himself. What does his attaining the rank of eagle scout or all of the minutiae about magic have anything to do with his notability? Nightswatch (talk) 7 July 2012
Drunk Appearance with Triumph
[edit]Surprised no mention has been made about the drunken appearance he made with Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, which is on a DVD. It is mentioned at the tail end of this interview with Robert Smigel at Salon.com RoyBatty42 02:27, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

Applebee's
[edit]It looks like Ben is also doing Applebee's ads. Watch the waiter with the sizzling platters. "Works every time."

Weed
[edit]Ben smoked a bit of weed 15 years ago. It was reported in reliable sources. I have removed it per WP:BLP and WP:HARM. Edward Mordake (talk) 18:27, 21 May 2018 (UTC)
