article for stenophagy missing. A stenophagous predator is one that has a small range of prey on which it feeds. It follows then that the geographic distribution of a stenophagous species is tied closely to the geographic distribution of its prey species. This is common among plant eating insects (i.e. the monarch butterfly is found only in areas where there is abundant milkweed present as well).
