MILHIST initial asssessment

[edit]

This article could easily move to start class with the addition of sample plans or illustrations that show the layouts of castle wards. It also needs in-line citation of sources.Monstrelet (talk) 08:14, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed. I have made a stab at both. Perspicaris (talk) 13:09, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the move request was: move since there have been no comments on this in 8 days, im going to treat it as an uncontested technical move (non-admin closure) -- Aunva6talk - contribs 18:31, 30 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Ward (castle)Bailey (castle) – In castle terminology, ward and bailey are the same thing but for naming consistency this should probably be "bailey" alongside the related articles of motte and bailey, inner bailey and outer bailey. This was proposed before, here, but just not followed through. Bermicourt (talk) 21:15, 22 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
