I am thrilled that the article which I started during the world contest has been expanded, rewritten and taken to good article. I am always hopeful that articles can be improved through collaboration, especially from those who have some level of expertise, of which I have none on either poetry or Azerbaijan. Biography - is this a good title or should it be "Life" or "Life and Work"?

For all of my previous GA poet articles, such as Fuzuli (poet) and Imadaddin Nasimi, I have used "Biography". — Golden ^talk

Gray describes her as Azerbaijan's first great female ashuq, while Heß describes her as Azerbaijan’s first famous female aşıq. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I understand what change you're suggesting. — Golden ^talk

is she still/more popular today after the Azerbaijan SSR ? eg oldfield p54 says about Aşıq Pəri Məclisi "They became very successful and were supported by the government, actively touring and appearing on radio and television"

Oldfield is talking about the Aşıq Pəri Məclisi, not necessarily about Peri herself. There is no information about her popularity after the independence of Azerbaijan. — Golden ^talk
