Media after her death

[edit]

"After her death was announced, media and camera crews appeared near Winehouse's residence to pay their respects."

This is a very strange interpretation.... 2A00:23C5:6D1A:9501:97:C406:8F29:F05E (talk) 12:24, 9 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Back to Black (2024 film)

[edit]

This was released on May 17, 2024 so why is there no entry?

In the 'Filmography' section

add Back to Black (2024)

Not done: Back to Black is a biopic film about Winehouse, not a documentary using archival footage of her, which is the distinction. It is also mentioned already here: Amy Winehouse § Biopic.
That said, I don't see the need for a filmography section as they use archive footage, rather than her starring in them. As examples, Freddie Mercury has no section for documentaries using archival footage, such as Freddie Mercury: The Final Act. Bowie does have Moonage Daydream (film) listed but under a subsection for documentaries, the rest of which were made during his life. I am removing that section for that reason, particularly as the documentaries are mentioned in Amy Winehouse §§ Posthumous retrospectives and Documentary. Blake’s GBH Conviction

[edit]

Blake was charged with GBH With Intent, but the sourced Guardian article stated that it printed an error and that Blake admitted the lesser charge of GBH and was subsequently imprisoned for that offence and Perverting the Course of Justice. https://web.archive.org/web/20111106211405/http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2008/jun/10/ukcrime.amywinehouse

The Wikipedia article, in the Relationships section, reads as if he pled guilty to GBH with Intent. Ryanadamsfan (talk) 21:14, 12 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
