Flight designation
[edit]The Aviation Safety Network (ASN) lists the flight designation as "Flight 111" Meltdown627 (talk) 02:24, 2 July 2012 (UTC)
What happened?
[edit]Reading the accident data on ASN makes me wonder how this aircraft departed the runway. given that the reported wind would have been straight down the runway and a paltry 5 kts. A very probable case of CuNim induced wind shear / microburst!! Can we have a speculative section?--Petebutt (talk) 06:03, 6 December 2012 (UTC)
Investigation
[edit]Whoever put up the out of date banner, knowing the aviation authorities in that part of the world, I believe that it will be quite a while before the investigation is completed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nolween (talk • contribs) 10:57, 22 January 2013 (UTC)
