Does the region still exist in it's current form?

From what i've seen on other pages of Wikipedia Baku Economic Region, the regions have recently changed. Is this correct, as the best sources I could find didn't seem too reliable. Some2Guy (talk) 18:11, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
