Yes, I'd spotted that's what it says on the A456 page but that's not what any of my maps say, they all give the number of the road in Kidderminster leading from the A456 to the A451 (Sutton Road) as the A4545 so I suspect it's a typo. A4156

I tried to add a bit for the A4156, which is the Oxford Road part of the Aylesbury inner ring road, but I realised I need a road sign picture for it... and I don't know how to make one! Just to be clear the A4156 has nothing to do with the A4157, which is the Outer Ring Road. The two never meet. To make that clear in the list perhaps change the A4157 bit to read Aylesbury to Quarrendon? Tom walker (talk) 08:01, 7 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Former A-roads

Is it possible to add former A-roads here? I was thinking specifically of the A4011 which ran from Wendover to Tring before the A41 bypass meant it was downgraded to being part of the B4009. Tom walker (talk) 07:31, 20 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have merged the article for A412 Road because it is unreferenced and fails WP:GEOROAD If you disagree with the merge or believe you can create a better article, feel free to undo my merge.

Maybe start with A4536 road, A4240 road, A4234 road, A4230 road, A4221 road, and A4216 road. All are stubs similar in quality to the A412 article. Thoughts? 10mmsocket (talk) 18:39, 8 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@10mmsocket As long as there are no objections to repeating this on a larger scale, I'm absolutely game to continue merging articles of similar quality.
